The Capitol Hill Second Wind chorus resumes rehearsals Wednesday, Sept. 9, 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop, 545 Seventh St. SE. Singers of all abilities and vocal ranges are welcome.
