Films at the Stone is the only summer film series at a memorial on the National Mall. The films are screened at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial and display the best of human strength, love and courage. Here’s the remaining lineup: Friday, July 17, 8 p.m., “Wicked: for Good”; Friday, Aug. 21, 8 p.m., “Michael.” Come early, pack a picnic and bring blankets or low-profile lawn chairs. Films will be screened on the lawn adjacent to the bookstore at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, 1964 Independence Ave. SW. Guests are encouraged to use public transportation.
