Join the District Makers Guild for a celebration of local craft, creativity and community at the inaugural District Creates Festival. The fun-filled day will take place outdoors at Bridge District (633 Howard Rd SE) on Sunday, June 28, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The event will feature live demonstrations, hands-on “Make & Take” workshops, creative conversations, opportunities to shop the curated makers market and more. Attendees are also invited to enjoy the festival’s beer garden, food trucks and live music all day long.
Tickets can be purchased here and start at $10 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. Proceeds support the DC Makers Guild and help fund resources, programming and community for local makers all year round.
