Major League Soccer (MLS) All-Star week will officially commence on Saturday, July 15 in the District with the MLS All-Star Soccer Celebration, centered on Audi Field. The key event, the All-Star game takes place Wednesday night at Audi Field, but there are celebrations for five days on the field, at Buzzard Point, The Wharf and at a local school.

The event features special guest appearances by MLS players, musical activations and performances, culinary offerings, a watch party experience for MLS matches and the opportunity to sample Coca-Cola refreshments. There will be special programming tied to Coca-Cola’s partnership with Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington that will feature a limited-edition design drop that you don’t want to miss. DJ begins at 4:30 p.m., with the Stars Align reveal at 6, a surprise musical performance from 6:30 to 7:15 and the MLS Watch party starting at 7:30 p.m.

MLS All-Stars and Greats and Arsenal Legends will join Major League Soccer, D.C United, the D.C. United Foundation, BODYARMOR and the U.S. Soccer Foundation to officially unveil a new soccer mini-pitch at Seaton Elementary as part of MLS All-Star week.
Festivities will include a dedication ceremony and poetry presentation to officially unveil the new pitch, which integrates artwork designed by local youth in collaboration with Design FC, a non-profit organization that works with youth across the country to encourage self-expression and storytelling through design. The All-Star Community Day will also feature fun, interactive elements including soccer skills activations and clinics, music, games, refreshments and giveaways.

The matchup between MLS vs. Arsenal FC will be further amplified as the two opponents face off in the 2023 MLS All-Star Skills Challenge. The stars of both sides will be on display as ten players from each team compete in this ultimate test of skill. The event will include six competitions: Shooting Challenge, Touch Challenge, Cross & Volley Challenge, Passing Challenge and Crossbar Challenge. Each team will be competing for charity as part of the commitment from both sides to be a force for positive change in local communities.

MLS NEXT and Allstate will provide more than 40 of the best young players in North America with a once-in-a-lifetime player experience during MLS All-Star Week by being selected for the MLS NEXT All-Star Game presented by Allstate. Forty-four of the top MLS NEXT players, 22 per team, will showcase their talent on a national stage by competing in an East vs. West game at the Naval Academy’s Glenn Warner Soccer Facility in Annapolis, Md. on Wednesday, July 19 at 10:30 a.m. ET. The match will be streamed live. Fans are highly encouraged to park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and ride the free shuttle bus to and from the game due to security restrictions. Pedestrians can enter through the Naval Academy Visitors Center where they must go through security and present a valid US ID.
Wednesday, July 19 at 3 p.m. | Special Olympics Unified Sports® All-Star Game

The Unified Sports East and West All-Star soccer teams are comprised of individuals with intellectual disabilities (Special Olympic athletes) and without intellectual disabilities (Unified partners). The Unified All-Stars will play in an 11 v. 11 competitive match coached by MLS Greats and will be outfitted in custom kits provided by adidas. The event is free and open to the public. The East and West Unified All-Star teams will also be recognized on-field during the MLS All-Star Game.

On Tuesday, July 18 and Wednesday, July 19 Major League Soccer (MLS) will host a series of All-Star events in the District of Columbia. In conjunction with these events, there will be parking restrictions and street closures that motorists should take into consideration:
The following streets will be posted as Emergency No Parking from Monday, July 17 at 7:00 p.m. through Wednesday, July 19 at 11:00 p.m.:
- Potomac Avenue from South Capitol Street to 2nd Street, SW
- R Street from 1st Street to 2nd Street, SW
- S Street from 1st Street to Water Street, SW
- T Street from 1st Street to 2nd Street, SW
- V Street from 2nd Street to Half Street, SW
- 2nd Street from Q Street to V Street, SW
- 1st Street from Q Street and V Street, SW
- Half Street from Q Street to V Street, SW
The following streets will be closed to vehicle traffic on Tuesday, July 18 and Wednesday, July 19 from approximately 12:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.:
