Police have arrested a man who showed two people an obscene video.
Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) Youth and Family Services Division announced an arrest on charges of Sale or Distribution of Obscene Pictures.
According to MPD police were notified of the incident on Monday, Feb. 6, 2023. But the incident actually happened on Jan. 9, on the 200 block of G Street NE, near to Capitol Hill Montessori at Logan, when a suspect approached two victims and “displayed a video which depicted an obscene act”. Police did not give the age of the victims.
On Thursday, March 2, a 33-year-old Northwest man was arrested and charged with Sale/Distribution of Obscene Picture.
