Hilloween is ON! After a small but amazing return from the pandemic last year, the Hill’s community festival returns to Eastern Market (700 North Carolina Ave. SE) on Friday Oct. 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
It’s a free trick or treating event for all including face painting, kid friendly entertainment, pumpkin decorating, photo booths, karaoke and many more fun Halloween themed activities for the family and the kids. It’s on rain or shine!
NOTE: Seventh Street SE between C Street and North Carolina Avenue SE will be closed to cars from 12 to 10 p.m. the day of the event.
