Blossoms + Baseball Celebrates the Start of Baseball Season and Supports Living Classrooms

Pop in and see a movie on the riverfront to support a great cause –and celebrate the return of baseball while supporting a great cause!

The Capitol Riverfront BID, in partnership with the Washington Nationals and the National Cherry Blossom Festival, is hosting Blossoms + Baseball: A Drive-In Movie Pop-Up at Capitol Riverfront on Friday, April 2 and Saturday, April 3 at The Stacks in Buzzard Point.

Coinciding with Opening Day weekend, Blooms + Bassball will feature baseball themed-movies to celebrate the start of the MLB season.

The first film is “42: The Jackie Robinson Story” and the following night is “A League of Their Own”.

On Saturday night, attendees will have the option of purchasing gourmet hot dogs from the Swizzler food truck.
