Pure Barre DC is offering outdoor workouts will take place every Wednesday morning at Union Market Rooftop, as well as additional various venues throughout DC, continuing as long as weather permits.
At a time when people are prioritizing health and physical and mental wellbeing more than ever, Pure Barre DC says the outdoor and in-studio classes will ensure that members can continue to connect, grow, and stay healthy as a community while also continuing to adhere to strict safety standards and guidelines set out by DC.
Class sizes will be limited to ensure proper social distancing – featuring designated, open-air stations spread out at least ten feet apart. Per city guidelines, Pure Barre DC asks that attendees wear masks at all times except when in their designated station and that they follow social distancing guidelines at all times. For all outdoor classes, students should also bring their own mat, towel, water and a set of free weights if they want them.
“Everyone has health at top of mind and being able to continue to workout is a huge part of that. We are grateful to have the opportunity to offer creative solutions for our clients who want to continue their practice but are not quite ready to return in-studio,” said Pure Barre DC Studio Owner Michelle Davidson.
Pure Barre DC continues to provide a full range of in-studio and virtual class formats including Foundations, Classic, Reform and Empower, as well as special community events and has implemented new studio guidelines to ensure a safe class experience.
