The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is updating its long-range multi-modal transportation plan called MoveDC, and you can participate in meetings to talk about the plans Oct. 13 and 15.

MoveDC communicates DDOT’s goals, policies, strategies and metrics in coordination with public and stakeholder input to guide future investments in transportation infrastructure and services.

At these meetings, DDOT will offer an overview of moveDC, talk about the existing conditions of the transportation, talk about transportation equity, review DDOT’s goals and policies and look at the mobility networks throughout the District. The virtual meeting will be include a presentation and opportunities to engage remotely with other participants.

DDOT will also host a series of telephone hours where staff will be available to answer questions. The same information will be presented at both meetings.
