Happy July 4th! In non-COVID times, many of us would be gathered along Barracks Row, to watch the Capitol Hill Community July 4th Parade. Community groups, local organizations, politicians, churches, schools, marching bands and the Capitol Hill BID Men in Blue would troop by, many tossing candy at the children,
The public health emergency limits gatherings to 50 or fewer, making our usual village celebration impossible. But not to worry. The parade organizers have compiled a virtual parade for you to enjoy, until next year when we hope we can all gather again.
