Do you have questions about the District’s response to the novel coronavirus?

As council prepares to vote on its second piece of emergency COVID-19 Legislation, Councilmember Charles Allen has announced that he is hosting a virtual Town Hall meeting to talk about it, answer questions and hear feedback.

The meeting begins Tuesday, April 7 at 8:30 p.m. on Allen’s Facebook Page. To attend, simply visit his Facebook page and click on the video tagged ‘Charles Allen is live’.

Allen will start by giving an update on the latest emergency legislation from the Council. He will then answer questions.

Acknowledging that it is a later start time than most public meetings, Allen said he was hoping this might facilitate even greater attendance.

“I’m hoping it works for folks who are working during the day,” Allen wrote, “and parents who need to get through dinner and bedtime routines (including me)!”
