The District Office of Planning (OP) is hosting a meeting in each Ward to share information and engage in conversation about the Comprehensive Plan. The award 6 meeting takes place this Wednesday, Nov. 13 and you should attend.
The DC Comprehensive Plan (Comp Plan) is a high-level guiding document that sets a long-term vision for the District, through the lens of its physical growth and change.
Attend the meeting to gain an overview of the Draft Comp Plan Update, including Citywide major themes.
Attendees will be able to review portions of the Comp Plan, including:
- Elements that correspond with your neighborhood Planning Area
- Future Land Use Map (FLUM)
- Generalized Policy Map (GPM)
Office of Planning staff will be on site and available to answer questions and share more about how you can provide feedback to your Advisory Neighborhood Council (ANC).
The meeting takes place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13 in the Parrish Hall at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church (222 M St. SW).
