The Race For Every Child, Oct. 19 at Freedom Plaza, is a fun event with a serious purpose–to promote children’s health and wellness, and raise much-needed funds that help Children’s National ensure every child can benefit from world-class medical care. Pre-race activities start at 7 a.m.; 5k at 8:45 a.m.; and Kids’ Dash at 10:15 a.m. Children between the ages of three and ten are eligible to participate in the Kids’ Dash.
