The DC Water financial assistance programs introduced this past year are being extended through September 2020. These programs are jointly funded by DC Water and District Government. It is easy to apply.
The program could save up a consumer up to $800 annually on a water bill. Those individuals with household incomes less than $121,300 are encouraged to qualify.

Individuals must reapply for FY 2020, which begins October 1, 2019, even if already receiving Customer Assistance in 2019.
