A family came home from vacation this weekend to find their home had been burglarized.

The family told police they came home to their house on the 600 block of South Carolina Avenue SE from vacation Sunday, July 21st to find one window unlocked another window showing signs of forced entry.

Stolen were electronics and bottled liquor.

First District Detectives are currently investigating this as a Residential Burglary. Residents close to the location with active home security cameras are asked to report any suspicious activity which may have been captured in the ten days up to Sunday July 21st
