A woman lost her dog and her phone in a robbery that police say is part of a domestic dispute. The crime took place Monday, May 6, 2019 at around 8:40 p.m. on the Unit block of M Street NE.
The woman was assaulted by a known man who stole her cell phone and dog, the latter pictured above.
