On Monday, Oct. 28th at about 8:30 p.m., Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers investigated reports of indecent exposure on the 700 Block Eighth Street SE, on Barrack’s Row. People on the scene said that a male subject had exposed himself before running away.
Based upon the description provided by those observers, patrol officers immediately located a man matching the description and conducted a stop. He was positively identified and was arrested for Indecent Exposure and transported to the First District Station.
