The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Lorraine Michelle Garner, who was last seen in the 1500 block of Tanner Court, SE, on Tuesday, April 25, 2017. She was reported missing on May 16 2017.
Lorraine Garner is described as a black female with a medium complexion, 5’1 inches in height, 125 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair with burgundy highlights. She was last seen wearing a maroon shirt and tan pants.
