Vegan Cooking Class


This class, Feb. 3 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Hill Center, includes science-based nutrition information, live cooking demonstrations and samples to taste. The recipes use commonly available ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans.
