The 5k and kids’ race is on Oct. 7 at Congressional Cemetery. The 5k starts at 6 p.m. near the east end of the cemetery. The kids run begins shortly after at around 6:05 p.m. Registration fee for the untimed kids’ race is $10. The distance is a little under a half mile. Register at congressionalcemetery.org.
